Terms of Service

Please read these Terms before using Pixie Baby Tracker. They explain the basic rules for using the app and related services.
1. Using Pixie
These Terms govern your use of Pixie Baby Tracker, including the mobile app, web pages, backend services, household sharing, reports, reminders, and Pixie Assistant features.
You may use Pixie only if you can form a binding agreement and you are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Baby care records
Pixie lets parents and caregivers log child care information such as sleep, feeding, diapers, growth, temperature, medicine, activities, routines, notes, and related household context.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for deciding who should be invited to a household record.
3. Not medical advice
Pixie is a tracking and guidance tool. It is not a regulated medical device, pediatric diagnosis service, treatment service, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice.
Always contact a qualified medical professional for health concerns. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
4. Household sharing
Household features may allow owners to invite other caregivers and assign roles. Household owners are responsible for inviting only trusted people and for removing access when it is no longer appropriate.
Caregivers should respect the privacy and safety of the child and family whose records they can access.
5. Pixie Assistant, AI, and voice features
Pixie may offer assistant, voice, transcription, parsing, and guidance features. AI can make mistakes and cannot give medical advice. AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect, and you should review suggested logs or guidance before relying on them.
Do not use Pixie Assistant for urgent medical, safety, legal, or emergency decisions.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Mobile subscriptions are handled through the Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or the billing provider shown at purchase time. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled in your store account settings before the renewal deadline shown by the store.
Billing, renewal, cancellation, refund rules, and payment methods are controlled by the applicable store. You can restore purchases in the app and manage or cancel mobile subscriptions through your Apple or Google account subscription settings.
Pixie does not expose a public web checkout while the minimal public web mode is enabled.
7. Apple Standard EULA
Use of the iOS app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, unless a separate written agreement applies.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another household without permission, interfere with security controls, or use Pixie for unlawful activity.
- Do not upload content that violates another person's rights or privacy.
- Do not use automated scraping, credential attacks, or abusive traffic against Pixie systems.
9. Account deletion
You may request account deletion from the mobile app account settings where available, or by contacting support. Deletion removes account access and household access and may remove household data according to the Privacy Policy and operational retention requirements.
Deleting your Pixie account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel store subscriptions separately in the applicable store subscription settings.
10. Changes and availability
Pixie may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may update these Terms when needed and will update the effective date when the changes are material.
