Restore purchases

If a mobile subscription is active but Pixie does not show paid access, open the Pixie mobile app and use Restore Purchase from the paywall or account area. If access still does not update, contact support with the purchase platform and account email.

Account deletion

In the Pixie mobile app, open Family, then Subscription & session, then Delete account. If you cannot access the app, use the account deletion page or email support from the address tied to the account.
