Delete Account

Pixie lets users initiate account deletion from inside the mobile app. This page explains the path and fallback support option.

Delete your account in the app

Open Pixie Baby Tracker on your phone, go to Family, then Subscription & session, then tap Delete account.

The app will ask you to confirm before requesting deletion. After the request is accepted, access to the account and households is removed.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@parentingapp.com from the email address tied to your Pixie account and ask for account deletion help. Include the device platform you used and any alternate login providers, such as Apple or Google, if relevant.

What deletion does

  • Removes access to your Pixie account and household records.
  • May delete or anonymize account and household data according to our Privacy Policy and operational retention requirements.
  • May leave limited records for backups, security, billing, audit, dispute, or legal obligations for the required retention period.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting your Pixie account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel store subscriptions separately in the applicable store subscription settings.
